Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Tube
Lightweight structure, accurate inner diameter, and reliable surface treatment are important for cylinder tube performance. Compass Power Tech manufactures aluminum alloy cylinder tubes for pneumatic cylinders and related motion applications where weight reduction, smooth movement, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability are required.
These aluminum alloy cylinder tubes are mainly used in cylinder systems, and they can also be applied in oxygen generators, nitrogen generators, lifting cylinders, and other equipment requiring lightweight and stable tube components.
Anodizing improves the surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance of aluminum alloy cylinder tubes. Compass Power Tech can customize anodizing color and anodic coating thickness according to customer requirements.
Current anodizing capacity reaches 3,800 tons, and the maximum workpiece length for anodizing is 3.2 m.
Available anodizing options include:
- Sandblasting anodizing
- Natural anodizing
- Bronze hard anodizing
- Black anodizing
- Red anodizing
- Golden anodizing
